• Zoning Information and Applications
• Motor Vehicle Title Transfers and Registrations (Tabs)
• Driver License Duplicates – Change of Address or Lost/Stolen Cards – Renewals cannot be done here
• DNR Recreational Vehicle Registration
• Birth Certificates – for individuals born in Minnesota
• Death Certificates – for individuals who died in Minnesota
• Liquor, Tobacco and Transient Merchants Licenses
• Notary Services
• Dog/Cat Licenses
• Election Services
• Utility Services (water, sewer, and electric) – New Customers, Payments and Change Orders such as Moving In/Out
