Springfield Ambulance Driver/EMR/EMT/PT Paramedic

SEEKING AMBULANCE TEAM MEMBERS

The City of Springfield is now accepting applications for the positions of Ambulance Driver Only, Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician, and Part-Time Paramedic.

Certification training is paid for by the City of Springfield and classes are offered locally. The City of Springfield also provides free lodging at the Medical Center for those that live outside of the corporate limits. 

Wages Effective Jan 1, 2024

  • Driver Only = $12.00
  • EMR = $14.00
  • EMT = $18.00
  • Paramedic = $22.00 (no change)
  • On-call (all hours) = $5.00
