How to Pay Your Utility Bill

  • In person at City Hall

  • Deposit into drop box located outside City Hall

  • By mail to: 2 E Central St, Springfield, MN 56087

  • By phone by calling 866-398-2717

  • Online (directions below)

  • Set up an ACH draft to automatically draft from a savings/checking account on the 25th of every month (ask City Hall for more information)

Online Payments

Signing up on Springfield Public Utilities' Municipal Online Services payment portal gives you access to your account information online.

Springfield utility customers may pay their utility bills with credit or debit cards. This option is only available online at Municipal Online Services or by paying by phone at the number above. You will need your account number and an email address to access the online option.

Energy Assistance Options

If you wish to donate to The Salvation Army HeatShare program, you can donate through the link or you can drop off your donation at City Hall.
