How to Book Online

1. Go to the Springfield Catalog 
2. All Activities & Passes will automatically be highlighted. Click on Facility Rentals to book the Springfield Area Community Center and individual rooms.
3. Click on the Community Center to see a listing of each of the individual rooms including the option for kitchen rental, full facility or the three main banquet rooms.
4. Click on the room options you wish to book to see the calendar and available dates.
5. Click on the date(s) for the booking and the time desired.
6. Log into your Springfield Civic Rec account or create an account to check out and book your room. [Pro Tip: If you have booked a campsite or swimming lessons, you have an existing Springfield Civic Rec account that you can log into. If you forgot your password, follow the prompts to change your password.]
7. Continue to check out and complete the registration. This will ensure that we have your booking secured and that we have details needed to prepare the space for your event.
